The issue is basically no sound. At ALL. I ran the audio troubleshooter twice. No change. Shut down and restarted. No change. While trying different things, I also noticed that my F1 (Help/Mute Audio) doesn't do anything but show the volume level; no "x" when I press F1. No sound through my headphones either.

I checked Windows Services: Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, Plug and Play, and Realtek HD Audio Universal Services. All running and on Automatic Startup.

Computer currently doing updates (see attached screenshot) I am running Windows 10 Home Version 1909 Build 18363.1256.

What could be causing this issue? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
