sound on yahoo canasta

    I have just finished doing a complete virus clean up according to Major Additude's instruction. I also followed the instructions to get rid of Mircosoft java and install sun java. Now when my wife plays canasta on Yahoo there is no sound when playing the game. I have sound every where else. Does anyone have an idea what might be happening. Thanks in advance for any help
