Sound Problem: Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure

after ive reformated my pc, i install all drivers and work properly
except the audio. im receiving an error message that says
"INstall Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure
[Error Code : 0xE0000227]"

please help about this problem :cry

System:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU
E2200 @ 2.2ghz
1.00 gb ram
500gb SATA seagate
9500GT PCI E 1024mb Nvidia

Motherboard:
Asus P5SD2-VM
