Sound problems using nero 7

    Hi hope someone can help im using NERO 7 ultra edition to burn my films to dvd most of the time they are ok but lately have been only getting video no sound.Any ideas how to sort this problem please help thanks

    • Do you get sound and video when you play the films from your computer?
    • Do you only NOT get sound when you are playing from your home/portable DVD player?
    • Is the DVD player itself connected properly to the TV?
    • Where have you been getting your films lately?
