Sound Problems

Lately, my computer sound has been very annoying. If I play any song, any movie, and game on my computer, i'd say 1 out of 6 seconds it will make this annoying scratchy sound. I've tried using different speakers, and two different headsets, on both the back and front sound plug. I've tried every single way Windows has suggested, and nothing is cutting it. All my drivers are up to date, etc. I'm a very big fan of music, and I'd love to enjoy it. Please help.
