Sound Video And Game Controllers Missing From Device Manager

hello , im stuck up a creek with out a paddle, i was running windows 10, when i shut down the asus laptop,then powered it back up later,sound video and game controllers missing from device manager using windows 10, sooooo i reset it...... back to factory condition, now its using windows 8, still the same problem....then i tryed to install

thank for the Reply so soon , i try it, downloaded it but still saying the same thing, i guess the sound card is bad maybe, i just dont know, im am a noob when it comes to computors, but thank you again for your time....

 

Did you install the chipset driver?
The sound chip is soldered on the motherboard. That why you need that driver.

 

chipset driver can you tell me ,where i can find the chip set driver at...... please

 

Try the link given in #2, you'll see Chipset listed there, adjust the OS dropdown to read Windows 8/8.1, to suit your version, and assuming it's the correct page for your device, check through all the details on the page.
