soundblaster live platinum 5.1 stuck on 2001 drivers

Hi,

I had to do a reinstall of windows. I then reinstalled my soundblaster platinum 5.1 livedrive drivers from the installation disc. They are 2001 drivers # 5.1.2535.0

When I go to the soundblaster driver update site I can not find any drivers that will update my 2001 drivers.

It says that to do that I need to have 5.12.01.0290 or 5.12.01.0291

Basically I would like to know how to update the drivers that I have. These are the default drivers from 2001 when I bought the soundcard. It's 2005 and I need to get the update. It seems that the new drivers will only update from 2002 onwards, not 2001. I can't find any 2002 drivers.

If anyone can help me it would be great. Because I am at a loss

hi im good at getting drivers any drivers but u must do something for me i need the exact id of ur card go here www.downloads.com search for belarc advisor 5.1 download it and install it run it then scroll down to the card it should tell u about the card if not take out the card and tell me the id number/ model number off of it ill get u your drivers for u heres my email Shadows43207@Yahoo.com thanks
