hi all, i have an asrock 775vm800 motherboard which is working ok, i installed a cirrus logic/crystal soundfusion cs4281 wdm audio card with downloaded drivers, there was not much i could do with the sound so i un-installed the card and drivers, now my onboard sound and my cmi audio has gone awol,
i didn't un-install the on board drivers, are they still there, if so why won't my sound work or do i have to re-install the on board drivers from the support cd,

Have you get your sound enabled in the BIOS?

Have a look in the device manager under sound. Find the onboard sound, remove it & reboot. It should then reload the driver. You may need you boards CD. The driver might be on there.
