Source for Area Code to Zip Code list????

I need to be able to validate that an Area Code for a Phone Number is correct for the stated Zip Code. Also, I need to be able to "update" the Area Code for a Zip Code if it has been changed by the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) - (http://www.nanpa.com/area_codes/)

Does anyone know where I can get a list for the Area Code -> Zip Code relationship and I would like to find one that is updated at least twice a year if possible.

I tried Google before I posted here and Google unfortunately returns a lot of junk with that query.
I've been thru 15+ pages of the Google results and while I did find a couple of "Pay For" sources they were quite expensive for their subscriptions.

I can find some Zip Code sources and then there are some Area Code sources but I haven't located a source that has them both related that doesn't involve $$$.

Guess no one here has ever had to do something like this before......

my employer had it before I started working, but I'm pretty sure this is the one they purchased.

What about validating an Area Code where a new Area Code has been assigned to some of the phone numbers in the Zip Code?

Example:

15071 used to all Area Code 412, now 15071 contains both 412 and 724.

Anyone have a source that can be used to verify that a phone number in a Zip Code like this has the correct Area Code?
