Soyo p41 845pe lite no sound driver

    I have a soyo p41 846pe-lite mainboard. I recently had to re-install windows xp, but needed to update all my drivers. Low and behold, soyo went out of business on me. :cry I cannot find an updated sound driver and until I do, no sound. Anyone help? I am attaching the everest report also

    Did you ever find Drivers for your motherboard, recently my AMD motherboard crashed, and my cousin supplied me with this Soyo p41845PE lite motherboard however he did not have the driver disk for it. everything is wortking fine except the sound

    No I never found one. I simply disabled the onboard sound and installed a sound card. I picked up a cheap one from Office Depot for like 20$. Sound works great now!
