Sp 2 ?

Another question about SP 2. I had Auto update on & it was downloaded, ( I think ) but I see nothing in the ad delete area to prove it was actually loaded. And the way to turn on or off the firewall does not look like the described screen shot. Hmmmm? Running XP home edition. Am I just crazy or what? I know I am a novice with this computer stuff,but learning , thanks to the great info here. Glad I found this forum,I just hope I don't ask too many stupid questions. Ralph

loooks like your still on sp1, as I am with the exact same info... except after that mine says Service Pack 1

Mine says Service pack 1 also. I wonder what happened to SP 2?

it didnt download or install... goto WU again, with so many users having auto update on.. its possible the service is slow at present as it only really went live on wednesday.

if you sucessfully install it it will say Service Pack 2 in system properties and in Add/Remove all the old updates will be gone only leaving a few plus a Service Pack 2 remove option.

It has no option for downloading at this time except auto. And It won't let me pick it that way. I think it has to be offered.
