   I am trying to install SP2 but I keep getting a Access denied and the installation undoes itself. I went to the MS site and deleted a registry key but another Error Access denied box pops up about half way through installation. The box does not identify the error by number. What's next?

   Have you scanned for spyware? Very common for infected people to have difficulty installing it.

   Try installing sp2 in safe mode.
