SP2 Scrolling problem

I recently installed SP2 and since I did everytime I use the scroll bar (on line and in windows itself), the scrolling is really jerky, it was fine before SP2 was installed, I reinstalled my graphic card drivers and directx and java, but none of that helped, does anyone have any ideas? thanks

 

i had that same problem. it dosent have anything to do with the graphics or anything. the whole problem is that you are using windows. seriously, if you have the knowledge, start using unix. ive never had that problem there. anyway, back to your initial problem. What motherboard/graphics combo is it and are the graphics onboard or is it an AGP Card? if they are onboard, just re-run the disc that came with the motherboard, then your problem might be solved.
