SP3 Blue Screen Lost all files

Hello so I have run into a huge problem. I first went to the windows update site to check if sp3 was available for download. Windows update showed it was there at the windows update website to download. The only thing I did manually was go to the windows update site other than that the automatic update did the rest. So after it installed everything it asks to restart my computer so I do. While it was loading everything back up the screen where it has a black background and the windows logo with the blue loading bar freezes then I get this blue screen that comes up. Because it closes in 1second and just restarts my computer so then at my next attempt I try the log into windows the last time it was working properly something along those lines. I try it and it says a system file is missing. So then I go into hp recovery I have never used it before eventually I get back to the old welcome screen and it asks me for which region, time etc. I finally can get back in I am at the lowest resolution so everything is loading extremely slow because the drivers for my video card haven't been installed. The first thing I try to do is go to the nvidia site and download the driver. I download the driver and get and try to install it and get this error

Now here is the other thing I have found some of the files before this all happened in the document and settings folder. The folder is called HP_OWNER
and there is also administrator, all users, default user and the one I am currently on HP_Owner.YOUR-27E1513D96. When I try to access administrator
it says access denied. The only account that I can log into is the hp_owner your. Also everything in program files is on the hp_owner your account. Now I
need to know how am I going to install my gfx card? Also if its possible revert everything back to how it was before all this

 

This is why all your files are gone. The HP recovery does a full recovery and probably wiped out all your files.

Not likely. If you had posted here right when the SP3 install when bad, and you were getting those blue screen errors that flashed for a second, we could have helped and probably saved your files and got your PC running again, but now it is probably too late. :cry Sorry.

 

Ok thanks for the reply. I have all my files and everything it is just that the add or remove program is not detecting them but I can run the programs without any trouble. So is there a way for the add or remove program to detect the programs or should I just reinstall them? Also I am still not sure what I should do about the document and settings extra accounts. There is Administrator, All Users, Default User, HP_OWNER (old files) and HP_OWNER.YOUR (new files). Should I just delete all of them except the one I am using now which is hp_owner.your? I also can't access the admin folder it keeps saying access denied but when I go to the user accounts it says I am the admin and yes I am the owner of this computer.
