   Hello folks,
   I have tried, to no avail, to find where I can purchase SP3 on a disc, as I only have dial-up service and cannot download a file that large. Can anyone help me?

   Generally its given away by Microsoft ( no date as to when you can get it direct from them I'm afraid ) or on many Computer magazines they give the CD or the file for free, so check some magazines for cover disks with SP3 for XP.
   
   Could contact MS support and ask for a CD if they have started to post them out http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295539 choose your location.
   
   
   Or if you have nice friend who has broadband see if they will download and burn to CD for you.
