Sp546078.exe

I tried to reinstall this and it stated the Publisher blocked it. I upgraded from windows7 to windows 10. when i highlighted the publisher (which is HP) it would not remove. Anyone know i can remove the publisher so i can install this .exe?

 

Not much info to really work on here.....

Just as a stab in the dark, try these 2 options;

(1) Disable Windows SmartScreen settings and set user account control settings to 'never notify' in Win10 from security and maintenance in control panel.

(2) Enable app 'side-loading' under settings > update & security.

 

Not seeing this (2) Enable app 'side-loading' under settings > update & security.option under update & security?

I disabled smart screen temporarily.

 

Settings > Update & Security > For Developers

 

Thanks went there and enabled, now when i try to install the download it states it it is Blocked by Administrator, (Not Publisher) I am the Administrator, what can i do? any idea's would be appreciated, Thanks

 

Its hard from this end to give a magic answer......I don't know what process this is, what dependencies it needs, whats already running on your system to facilitate its path, the source of download etc, etc.

Your on the right track though, keep investigating!
