Spam Email

I did not know where to post this question because none of the topics seemed to be a good choice so I choose here.

I am betting bombarded with useless, nonsense spam. I am getting tired of choosing "block this sender" in my Outlook email.

I am wondering if there is a program out there somewhere that could help with auto filtering before it hits my in box?
