   When SPAN monitor is active in Outlook, it displays a toolbar that enables one to select various options regarding the incoming emails - such as mark as not SPAM, add to SPAM blacklist, etc. How can I configure Outlook Express to do the same thing?

   looks as if the options don't allow the same intigration in OE, easy way to find out is to email PC Tools http://www.pctools.com/contact.php?guide=spam-monitor as they will be the best people to ask.
