SpamFighter problem

SF has been working great even though I won't be renewing in a year because of considerations about the integrity of the company. When I clicked on "activate Spamfighter" a woman said she wanted to see if SF installed correctly. She downloaded a remote viewing application and wandered all around my PC. Come to find out it was a sales gimmick to sell me a clean my "extremely" dirty PC service. Very sneaky.

My problem: I have 7 email accounts. They all seem to work fine except for one that shows 2 emails in the Inbox and when I check the box there are no emails and the 2 disappears. Got fix? All incoming emails go to my the Inbox of my primary address account (except for 50+- spams that automatically go to the SpamFighter folder..
