   Every time I try to download Windows Live Mail from the (official) website I get this message at the end
   
   " it looks like another program is preventing the installer from working"
   
   Error 0x80070643
   
   Source SpamFilterData
   
   I am running Norton 360 .
   
   Does any one know what this spamfilterdata is and if it is genuine ?

   This is not likely a malware problem. You should disable ALL security software and then attempt to get your Windows Updates. Also see the below link:
