Speaker Echooooo

    my speakers/headset has an echo effect with every sound possible.. the only way i can get the echo to go away is if i open a specific game, which doesnt let it echo. how can i kill this stupid echo?

    It's most likely just some option with your audio drivers. Check the clock to see if anything audio related appears beside it. Once you find the app that controls your sound card then it should be easy to find and turn off this echo effect.

    Normally something like this is caused because you have a MIC and you don't mute the mic when playing back. You should always have the MIC muted. In the standard windows volume controls one the playback menu make sure the mic is muted. Muting it for playback doesn't mean it can't record. It still records everything it just doesn't play it back through your speakers.
