Who here has piercings?

I use to have 4. Tongue, septum, both nipples.

 

Use to have? hehehe, what, did your nipple rings get ripped out? Septum....? do i really want to know what a septum is? and im guessing your tongue stud exploded after you were struck by lightning.

 

Nothing got ripped out, just was required to take them out, due to current military policies? Though, now I'm a civilian, I could replace them, but what is the current point?

Septum = think bull ring.....

 

interesting.... Hehe, i plan on joining the military, ill end up being a Special Ops : Delta force member, although i know the US government denies its existance... Ive been training for a long time to get onto that team...

 

Back on topic.

Left ear, 14 guage earring. Considering going to 12, but I think that might be a bit much. I've considered taking it out altogether as well.

 

Adryn don't lie! I seriously doubt you have any earrings, a 14K wedding ring perhaps?

 

Just three earrings, that I don't even wear anymore. I don't know, peircings creep me out. Now tattoos...I've got twelve.

My brother did the earlobe stretchy thing. Looked cool, but I just couldn't do it.

No they don't it's the 1ST Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta (SFOD-D). The government just doesn't confirm or deny any mission/operations that Delta may have or may not have conducted or participated.

 

No piercings, as theefool stated current military policies prohibit them. Besides when you spend most of your time in the muck, doesn't seem appropriate. Now that I'm retired don't see the point.

 

Though I may regret the answer to this question...

My brother in law, has got spikes in the back of his neck, the doctor had to do it because of the fact that your SPINE goes right by them... Looks pretty cool...

As for tatoos, my sister says she'll take me to get a tatoo on my 18th birthday... Im gettin a giant smilie on my stomach.... =) Hehehe.

As for training, the better acc. you have and the better skills you have, the higher the chance you have of achieving the rank of Ranger and then joining Delta.

 

Training THEY give you. Aside from keeping yourself in good shape, I dont think there is anything you can do at your age to prepare yourself. Maybe you have missed recent current events, but the military is not some rambo-like video game. I have a feeling thats exactly how you are approaching it.

But, you are young, and will learn.

 

DFAS (Delta Force Assessment and Selection) was the single hardest thing I ever did in my Army career, and I was 29 at the time. I will leave it at that.
