speeding up internet for xbox

Right now I have an ancient DLink 514 router. My internet is cable and I have 2 XP computers and an XBOX 360 hardwired from it using CAT 5 cables. I've also posted below what speedtest.net said about my internet speed. I'm trying to speed up the connection, if possible, to the XBOX. Could I get any improvement from a 10/100/1000 router and CAT 6 cables? I do not need wireless internet for anything. Does anyone else have any other suggestions other than finding a faster ISP?
