SpellCheck not Working

Uninstall OE 2.1, it isn't designed for you. It is designed for people who do not have Word, Works or office on the computer.
Go to your i386 folder and find csapi3t1.dll
then explore to Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof
Right click csapi3t1.dll and drag it to Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof folder, lift the right mouse button and select "Copy Here".
Restart Windows, Open IE, click on Tools then Options then Spelling and be sure "Always check spelling is enabled".

Where is this i386 folder? I am running vista and WIndows XP. I also have word on my computer. "Always check spelling" is enabled. Still nothing works. Any assistance you can provide wouldd be greatly appreciated.

Moved to new thread as MarkT rightly mentions your issue here is different to the original poster of the other thread and in running both XP and Vista and as Vista does not have an i386 folder, so you'll need to reply to MarkTs questions to fine tune your question to us on whats going on "nothing works" is a little vague, in we could thing that none of your applications work over just some, if you can post us a re-recreation sequence of steps to where your spellcheck is not working, and in what applications, is it Word, Outlook Express, Windows Mail etc or is it something else, more info the better.
