Spending to much time

My teenage son and are disagreeing on where he goes to play games & get video game tips on the internet. Most everytime he goes to these sites the
computer get sick and I'm spending to much time
on the internet downloading tools to fight viruses and fix it.

How can he safely surf the net or visit safe game sites?

 

I have did the "Basic Read This", have followed all steps, but this is time consuming if you have to do this everytime your son is on the internet.
I'm having nightmares about fighting viruses.
Need a little peace.
