Windows 10 PC, all of a sudden I have a blue spinning circle, nothing I do will stop it. I am wondering if it is connected to the latest Windows Update on about the 1st April. Has anyone else had this happen?

On my other computer I had a spinning red circle which I was able to disable by going to the mouse on control panel, pointer, customise, chose the red circle, browse, chose the first option, open, and apply. Circle disappeared. Relief!!!

However this does not work for the blue circle on the other PC.
    What now?

What does Task Manager show as using the most CPUs?

Thanks for your interest. Nothing much seems to be using CPU, maybe Malwarebytes,
However I had another go at the method above and this time it worked. Just another day in Windows.
