Spooler SubSystem App

    Ever since our aforementioned trouble-plagued transition to Time Warner ISP this past weekend, I have encountered the following message whenever I attempt to print: "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem...."

    I have uninstalled the printer (HP PSC2510) and reinstalled to no avail. I just know that if I call HP tech support, they will tell me to do the same thing al over again.

    I have gone to Administrative tools, Services and set the print spooler to Automatic. This doesn't help.

    I have tried the restore to three earlier restore points. XP keeps telling me that I can't use these restore points.

    Any ideas?
