   In task manager this is showing memory usage of 31068K and 24669 handles. I checked and I have no print jobs waiting to be printed. Isn't this high?

   That process can also be hiding a virus.trojan... do a scan of your PC, either with your own updated AV or from one of the online scans
   
   eg. Trend Housecall, Panda Scan etc
   
   
   also have you been printing today? if so re-boot and see if the usage is still high?

   I ran my anti virus program and it found nothing. I haven't printed anything in weeks. I rebooted and it didn't help.
