Spot of trouble with Microsoft outlook 2003

    When i click on an email it freezes up outlook for 30 seconds to a minute and then displays it in the preview.

    It seems to happen one day and then be fine the next.

    Its an email account for my work so it kinda important and really annoying when you get delivered 50+ email every day.

    i dont know what could be causing it.

    It happens with new email and emails that i have already read.

    any ideas?
