sprint smartview

every time i try to install registry mechanic sprint smartview installer tries to run and i get an error 2753? i don't even use sprint smartview and dont even know what it is. i found it in installed programs and used add/remove to delete it but i stiil am seeing it run whenever i try to install registry mechanic?

what to do? is this a virus?

 

dloaded ccleaner , cleaned up junk and cleaned registry. still have the smartview problem. see attached snagit

what will I be trying to clean up with this? leftover pieces of smartview? does the installer utility allow me to be selective re that? any precautions using this tool?

also, I am extremely puzzled as to why smartview would be in any way associated with an attempted install of registry mechanic? what would invoke that? the two programs don't on the surface seem to be related. do you have any idea re that? have u ever seen this before or heard of it? Googling turns up nada which is strange.

 

no smartview reference listed? no program shows in program files, all registry entries for smartview deleted. where the hell is this coming from?

ok? so what does that mean. i don't relate to any of that?

the question still remains, if there is not a sprint smartview program on my pc (having uninstalled it previously) where is this being initiated and why in conjunction with a Registry Mechanic install? Does not compute>>> it would appear the 2753 error is not significant?

 

the sprint smartview is still attemting to load every time I boot up? how do I get rid of this annoyance? as I said earlier this program nad all its folders have been removed from my pc but it still attemps to start up every time? where is this hiding out?
