Spy Heal

I need some help, especially as I am a computer bumbler. I have somehow been blessed with a trojan from Spy Heal, which blocks all my internet normal access and I can not seem to remove it. I have tried AVG, Skybot etc with no success, it is still there. I can get my Outlook Expess OK, and internet connection by logging on through MSN but I am used to my usual system.
This outfit also sends me porno photos which I definitely do not want.
Has anyone else had this trojan, can you help me remove it?

You need to go to the Malware Removal forum and go through the Read & Run Me First sticky procedures. Follow the instructions about posting your logs and the guys in there will fix you up. They are the best but they are busy, so once you post give them a chance to get back to you.
