    Hi,I just downloaded a new version spyblaster update. Can I install it over the previous installation, or must I uninstall the older version before installing this new updated version?

    I installed 3.1 over whatever-the-old-one-was and haven't had a problem. You might disable all protection (temporarily!) beforehand just to be safe.

    This is good rule of thumb, When in doubt remove old, then install new.

    ASUS, agree completely with you. If they don't specifically tell you that you can install over previous version then uninstall old, run a good registry cleaner and install new version. Bazza
