spyblocker vs spywareblaster / spywareguard

hi,

i am in the middle of constructing my spyware defense. i use adaware, spybot s&d, mvp hosts, and cwshredder (from time to time) ot protect my computer.

i also use spyblocker. it seems effective, but i have also seen tools like spywareblaster and spywareguard. it seems to me that these tools do something similar, but in different ways.

is there any comparison of different spyware protection solutions, any way to choose between them ?

this may seem like an open invitation to a long debate, but i am just seeking information. thanks in advance...
