This is my first post with MajorGeeks and hope I am posting in the right forum. I am using a CRM that is SQL based. It synchronizes with the main database through ftp. I am no longer able to synchronize and get a microsoft support file error. The error is being generated by failure to load a dll. This started after I updated my Spybot to the latest version. This is the only change to my settings that coincide with the ftp errors. Technical support for my CRM has given up on resolving the problem, saying that it is Spybot that has caused this problem and I should reformat my HDD. I have removed Spybot, but the problem is still there. I am not familiar enough with either Spybot or SQL/ftp communication. Does anybody have any thoughts as to how Spybot might have affected ftp communication with my SQL Server and how I might undo it or how I might troubleshoot this further? I would rather not reformat my HDD. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
