spybot for Mac ?

    hi, downloaded spybot 13 ,and as usual my mac (os9) wont open it. is there anything out there for mac users. I need to clean my computer, as this has never been done in 4 years and its so slow. cheers jnr

    I have not used a Mac since the very first ones came out. So I cannot help you too much with this other than saying, try this link: http://www.mac.tucows.com/

    There are probably more like that too. You'll have to search around. SpyBot S&D was written for the Windows based PC world not for Mac.

    additionally, nothing on this site that is available for download is MAC related.

    Fortunately, or unfortunately, there is nothing available for Mac users as we do not contract viruses as PC users do. Your slowness probably has more to do with Memory (or lack thereof) than anything. I would clean out what you do and don't need and then rebuild your desktop.
