I did a scan with Spybot this morning and it came up with this: NewDotNet; i tried to fix it but the whole thing kept freezing and then this popped up: 'Some problems couldn't be be fixed, reason could be that the associated files are in use (in memory).' Goes on to say it could be fixed after restart. Tried that but the same thing keeps happening.
    Any suggestions? Thanks

Using windows explorer, look in your Program Files and see if you can locate a folder named NewDotNet. If it's there run the Uninstall.

If you don't see the folder, try opening the Control Panel and looking in the 'Add/Remove Programs' list to remove it.
