Spybot Question

if not would please direct me to that area. I have spy-bot installed, when I try to use it it tells me that I need to shut down firefox before it it will run I cannot do that for some reason.

I had some problems before I installed it and it cleaned up some areas that I was having.

My question is if i try to download another malware programs would I be able to do that?

 

Reboot, wait 5 minutes without opening anything, then run Spybot. Report back.

 

it is comforting to know that there those who have the knowledge,. skill and knowledge that will help a person correct a problem.
