Spybot Question

Good day all,

I run spybot on a regular basis, keep it updated. I also use trend micro to seek out any real peskys. While the program(spybot) is scanning, at the bottom of the screen, it shows all of the names of the files(?) it passes through; names such as coolwwwsearch etc....The question I have is this; How do I get rid of those files,folders left in the registry? I guess I presumed that after running spybot, trend micro, these would be removed and no longer exist on the system. I have also used a registry cleaner.

Those aren't your files that are being displayed on the status bar. Those are the known malwares that are being checked against your files to see if they exist anywhere in your system.
