Spybot results, how to fix? (It doesn't)

    After cleaning my system of a hijack browser I still have problems with IE prefacing a URL with the following:
    http:///?%20www.mlb.com - (the /?%20)
    It has been suggested that there may be some resultant corruption with IE itself. Unfortunately, mine was factory installed so I have no disk to reinstall it with and the Microsoft site says that my system is up-to-date and I cannot seem to manually reload IE from their site.
    In addition, Spybot is still picking up the following (which seems related) and the "fix" does not fix anything, the five items come back again and again. From what I can gather it will not fix anything in the registry and this may be where the problem is??? HijackThis log follows as well. Anyway, it says:
    DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)
    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3
    DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)
    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3402799377-2389969595-2291903390-1006\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3
    DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)

    DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)
    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3
    DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)
    HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3

    Any help will be gratefully appreciated. Best regards. Nancy.

    Chaslang is better at these then me, but I will get you started. Have you tried Ad-Aware and CWShredder? Have you read the Hijack This tutorial (I am guessing no because you have Hijack This in a temporary directory and a lot of programs running, both no no's) :)

    So, do those things and check back.

    I would remove this line:
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_ - (no file)

    And reset your home page.

    You may need to run from safe mode to remove some of these buggers.

    P.S I see you have ad blocking. I hope your allowing ads here? :)
