Spybot S&D Error message

Hi Guys does anyone know why I get an error message
"This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
When I launch Spybot-Search & Destroy 1.4. I have tried re-installing but the same message continues to appear. Even though I get this message the program still eventually loads and works it's just annoying.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks that pointing the file to the systemroot did the trick.

I've tried to download and i the Spybot programme many times from different servers, but still the same problem.

Searched to find the framedyn.dll file but haven't found it anyware on my computer using the tips here http://www.jarra.nl/?p=69
