I dont see any huge problems, a couple you can remove that are harmless.

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)

If its showing in Spybot, delete them, but I dont see Coolwebsearch or ZeroSpyware on your machine.

    gaffer,

The first thing that jumps out at me from your log is that your running Norton and AVG. You should pick ONE and uninstall the other as running 2 antivirus programs will cause conflicts on your computer.

You also have not ran the online scans from the READ ME so please do this before we continue.

    TrendMicro Online Scan
    Bitdefender online scan
RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
    TrojanScan online scan
    Panda Online Scan

After you complete the above steps, reboot and attach a fresh HJT log!

I have run all the scans listed, I do not have Norton installed, only AVG.

Why dont they find coolsearch? only Spybot finds it, have run CWshredder too but it cannot detect it at all.

    Is it a Spybot bug???

No, your HJT log shows no signs of any of the scans that have been run.

If you dont have Norton installed then why is this process running? This is part of Norton Internet Security.

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe

No, just attach the log from Spybot so I can see what its detecting. Also, what version of Spybot are you running?

Please download HOSTER and then follow the below steps.
    • Unzip Hoster to a convenient folder such as C:\Hoster
    • Run Hoster.exe, click Restore Original Hosts and then click OK.
    • Click the X to exit the program.

After you complete the above, see if Spbot still detects it.
