Spybot S&D

I have had spybot spyware removal on my computer for almost the entire duration I've owned it since 2003, lately it hasn't been working properly. I attempted to uninstall/reinstall it and it didn't fix it. The only time it catches anything at all is if I run the computer in Safe Mode. This is what my the notification windows look like, is there a reason for this and can it be fixed?

Hmmm...sounds like you may have the bugs worse than just Spybot can help you out with.

I recommend that you follow the instructions in the malware removal thread to ensure your system is clean. I'd wager some malware keeps setting the registry key in your screenshot, and Spybot really isn't resolving the root problem.
