Spybot Update Problems

Greetings Geeks. Been using spybot (along w/ad-aware) for sometime, works great. I have a problem downloading the Spybot updates though. After finding the latest updates, Spybot stops responding when I download and thus I cannot update to the latest settings. This has happened with several friends PCs as well. Tried reloading the Spybot Program...to no avail.
Any thoughts?

It happens to me too, it seems to stop responding but I think the server is just very busy. if I leave it there for a while eventually it download.
