Spying on my computer

I have a problem. I am in an office which has 4 computers connected together. I have a feeling that one of my colleagues "spies" on my computer and the work which I do. Is there any software which is a freeware which I can install and know if anybody in the office is accessing my computer?

Wich operatring system do you have WIN98SE or 2000 or XP.

If you hacve xp you can create you own account and lock it with a password.

If as you say the 4 computers are connected together, then they are networked, so to install anything etc you will need Admin privileges?

 

Thank you to all the experts who replied to me and have tried to help me. I have Windows XP on my computer. I will activate the password but was wondering whether that will prevent others from accessing my computer when I am using it? I don't have administrator privileges. I will also try the suggested software and if all does not work, I will bother you guys again.
