   It's about the simplest program to install & run.
   Download
   Install
   If you want, make system snap shot.
   Enable all protection
   Update
   When ever you update, dont forget to enable protection.
   
   Everything, pretty much self explanitary.
   Do it and see, if you have any problems post em!
