Spyware Guard Start Up

hey there,
I've recently installed Spyware Gurard on my PC. I have 2 users set up on my PC. Spyware Guard will start up automatically on my profile but not the other. Please let me know how to start it automatically for the other profile.

I also installed Zone Alarm and by default it started up automatically on both profiles.

I know that in xp, there should be a folder called startup, located within c:\documents and settings\all users\programs\startup. Within this folder, any program link that is here, starts up whenever anyone logs in.

This, is from memory, due to me using vista, so hopefully, my memory is good.
