Spyware Help

I've been bombarded with spyware from a specific program for about a month now. It uses the same pop-ups (around seven of them), changes the wheel of my mouse so that it will scroll backwards to a page I've been to previously, messes with my keyboard (causes all-caps, pretends I'm holding down the alt key, or makes it so that it doesn't work at all), and causes pop-ups whenever I click on a link that's not supposed to open into a new window. I've ran ad-aware and spysweeper to no effect. It keeps asking me if I want to download software from Gain Publishing, if that helps.

I've removed the Gain program from Add/Remove Programs a while ago, but it still gives me loads of Gain pop-ups. I'm getting desparate here.
