Spyware i cant remove?

    It seems that no matter what prog i run; I still have this little window called media31.fastclick.com when i connect to the internet that i keep x'ing out. Im almost positive its a registry issue; any help a preciated.

    what am i reading? its so much easier if you point it out instead of finding the thread copy pasting the link and making a message about it.
