Spyware/Malware/Hijacked

Last week I read the Instruction Document titled, "How To: Spware, Trojan & Virus Removal." I followed all instructions but I'm still not free of problems. Below are some questions:

Everytime I run Spybot in Safe Mode, it identifies four entries of DSO Exploit. I proceed to fix/delete and it says its successful, but the same four entries of DSO Exploit appear on the very next scan. It's identified as a registry change. Do I need to do anything with this?

CW Shredder: It is finding C:\Windows\monitor.exe and asks if I want to delete because it could be part of CWS.Control.4 which usees random file names. How do I know if I should delete?

About:Buster- Everytime I run this program I incurr a long string of messages. The message says, "error removing" C:\Windows\System32\comjdhm.dll Is this an issue?

Almost finished:
I noticed that nothing caught several spware programs, eventhough they were clearly visible on my hard drive. Examples: ade.exe, elite.exe, gam.exe, over.exe, and the worst!-WebRebates!

Upon reboot, my computer immediately undoes all my work, jumps to www.Searchportal.info/dms/ or Search-daily, downloads 30-60 spyware and malware programs, Website View, Dialer apps like Herovdfan, etc.

I'm going to stop here. Can you help me with the answers to my first couple of questions and breakdown any next steps.
