Spyware / Malware Programs - Keep Or Uninstall?

    Is it still beneficial to use these programs, or is it time to uninstall any of these?

    SUPERAntiSpyware - Free
    Malwarebytes - Free
    SpywareBlaster - Free
    HitmanPro 3.8 - Free (used only for scanning, to compliment Windows Security (AntiVirus).
